We have a single Windows 2003 server that manages our internal LAN and
provides internet access through a DSL modem. A second, independent ISP
connection has become available.

What is the best way of utilizing this second internet connection? Our
server has a dual port server NIC and a second dual port LAN NIC. We have
used NAT on our internal network.

No. The server can only use one connection. You have to bring both lines
into a commong Broadband Device that has two WAN ports and is specially
designed for that. I'm fairly sure Linksys makes one but I don't know the
model #. Most of the other brand proabley have one too.

When done correctly the broadband device see both lines,...the server only
sees the one connection from it to the broadband device,..so the server is
happy,..the broadband device is happy,...both lines get used,...and everyone
is happy.
