Setup problem

am trying to re-install my MN-500 base station after
moving to a new computer. The setup program
keeps telling me to disable my firewall and reset the
factory settings on my base station. I've done both (I
don't even have firewall software on my computer), but it
keeps giving me the same error message. Any
suggestions???
