Setup error in XP

When using network setup wizard "Spooler SubSystem App"
appears after Workgroup comes up. Wizard can not finish.

I don't know if there is a connection but if I change to
a different Workgroup under My computer/properties the
wizard still shows MSHOME.

How do I get the setup Wizard to work?
