setting user level access on me/xp network

I have a wireless network consisting of two ME desktops, a
ME laptop and an XP laptop that is working very well
except that I cannot set up user level access on any of
the machines. Where do I go to set up user or group
Lists. What or where is the security provider? Many thanks
in advance!

You can't set up user level access unless you are on an NT or 2000 domain.
