There's no Win 98se download and no service pack that can do the
upgrade. It's only available from a CD.
It might be easier to get a wireless adapter that works on original 98
than to find a 98se upgrade CD. I've used these models successfully
on original 98, and there are probably others:
Netgear MA101
Netgear MA401
Microsoft MN-520
