setting up a WAP (LINKSYS) please help

hi

i have added a linksys wap11 to an ethernet port on my linksys befsr41 v2
cable router

i can access the wapp1 via internet explorer and using 192.168.1.251 via a
pc connected to another ethernet port, but i cant use the install software
to see the wap11

I therefore cannot get my wpc11 pcmci card working either

anyone any ideas ?

does it matter what ethernet port the wap11 is plugged into on the linksys
befsr41 v2 box

any help is most welcome
