Setting up RAID 1 with an Adaptec 29320A SCSI card

I am going to build a Windows 2003 server and I have
two identical seagate 36 gig SCSI drives and the Adaptec
SCSI card shown above and I want to set up a RAID 1
before I load the OS. Does anybody know of a step by
step process that is out there that I can use??????
