Setting up Network Printer

I have the 720 wireless and want to connect HP2100 with
jetdirect card to my network. I can set up the printer,
but the network can't see it. I am using cad 5 wire. I do
have all the IP address for the printer. I have tried to
install on a couple of computers. I do use wireless and
hard wire.

First, make sure you have added a *network* printer to
each computer using the wizard.

Secondly, the printer's IP may need to be on the
192.168.2.x subnet. If it is a 192.168.1.x or
192.168.0.x, you need either to (a) change the printer IP
to the 192.168.2.x subnet, or (b) go to the router LAN
page and change the subnet to match the printer. If the
computers are using the default DHCP (dynamic) IPs
everything will work fine after a reboot.
