Yes. Probably the most convenient way is to set the
desktop as the dialup PC (so the laptop can be used
wirelessly -- i.e. if you have a wireless adapter on it;
otherwise just wire both into the router). The desktop
will need to be on for the laptop to access the Internet.
Roughly three steps.
STEP 1: Configure the router into bridge mode. Connect
the PC into port 1 of the modem and configure it into
bridge mode. Also disable the WAN connection. You can do
this manually by using IE and accessing the router at
http://192.168.2.1 (password is admin).
STEP 2: Enable ICS on the desktop PC. Use the network
wizard.
STEP 3: Reconfigure the laptop to connect wirelessly (if
using a wireless card) and through ICS, using the network
wizard.
