Are you sure that you're using the right sort of cables (straight-
through rather than crossover) and that they aren't faulty?
Can you get to the config page of the router from the PC?
Is the router new or has it previously been configured for a different
network?
Have you had the DSL working properly with a single PC? If so you may
need to clone the MAC address of that machine to the router to get your
ISP to recognise it.
