Setting up FTP folder

I need to set up a my network place that is a ftp folder but the folder needs
to connect over port 22 instead of port 21 how can i set up this folder in my
network places to go over port 22? Thanks

Why port 22? That's normally used for SSH connections which Windows does not
natively support. Also, FTP uses two ports not just one. You might have better
luck running a Filezilla server.
