I have a business Verizon DSL account which provides a range of static
IP's from 71.177.xxx.yyy to 71.177.xxx.(yyy+4) on one DSL line. I
want one of the static IP's for the router itself, one of the static
IP's for a security DVR. I will be keeping the other three static IP's
in reserve for now. The remaining three ports will have devices
attached which would get threir dynamically assigned IP's from the pool
192.168.1.1 - 100. I also have a number of wireless laptops which get
their IP addresses from the same private pool.
