hi
we are logging into a remote machine which is loaded with windows server
2003. but now it is seen that not more than 2 users are able to remotely
access the system at a time...? is it possible to allow more users to access
the server remotley at a time? where we can find the option for setting nof
users.

By design, Windows server remote access limited 2 sessions plus one remote console. You need to buy the TS CALs for more access sessions.

As Bob L said, you'll need to purchase Terminal Server Client Access
Licenses. Just FYI, these sell for approximately $800U.S. per 5-pack.

.... After purchasing the licenses, you will need to install terminal
server and terminal server licensing for multiple remote users. You can
do this through add "remove programs/windows components"

FYI. Small Business Server 2003 does not have the capability for
Terminal Services Installation.
