Obviously you are trying to connect to Internet with the computer that
has an Wireless 802.11g PCI Adapter via an Wireless Access Point.
Personally I did never change anything in Internet Explorer on the
computers with a wireless connection I have, it is set to "Never dial a
connection".
(I have ADSL on 4 computers using a Wireless ADSL Router)
Did you check "Network" in Configuration Panel for valid entries?
Maybe you should mention brand name and type of the components you have
and to what and how exactly the Wireless Access Point is connected.
Also what kind of Internet connection you have.

Also there is a Dutch newsgroup in which to find info:
