Set primary dns suffix for dhcp clients ?

Is it possible to use the W2003 dhcp server to set a primary dns suffix for
clients when they are issued an ip address/gateway/dns server etc
I believe it can be done as a GPO, but just wondered if it can be done by
dhcp somehow ?
