I have this 3Com card which is a 10/100baseT, but I can only
get it to work in 10baseT. Below is the output of

vortex-diag -aem

How do I change the nic to 100baseT, or at least to autonegociate?
This card is the interface to my local network, and it is
connected to a D-Link 10/100 switch. I have two more computers
plugged into the same switch and ethtool shows both those cards
are at 100baseT.

Thanks!
