How to set maximum mail attachment size in server 2k3?

I've installed pop3 role in win server 2003 enterprise edition, added
mailboxes, disk quota,... but I can't set maximum attachment size!
Can anyone help me plz?

I don't think you can. You'll need Exchange Server for that.

Exchange 2000/2003 doesn't let you specify size for an attachment. Message
size limits are always applied against the entire message. By the way, here
is the link to set a message size limit in IIS/SMTP.
