How to set the data traffic balance with two internet connection

Hi all, I have 2 internet connection (difference ISP). one is network card
and one is Wireless network. How to set the data traffice balance when i
access internet and higher data access rate? thanks.

There is nothing in the standard Windows OS that will let you share and
balance two Internet connections. You will need to look at third party
software.

Thanks you, whice software can make the functoin of network balance ? I try
a NIC express 4.0, But not support wireless. please suggestion. thanks
