Services crashes down after Event ID 54 MRxSmb

I had a problem.

One Win 2003 Server crashes with all services down - after he gets a Event
log with the Event ID 54 from MRxSmb / Typ: Warning

It tells me that something with e/a Device LanmanRedirector is wrong,
because the devie has no cancel routine.

After this message I must turn off the Maschine, because a reboot doesn't
work.

I doubt if they are connected. Mrxsmb is a very common message that can be
ignored.
Server crashing with all services down is uncommon and something is badly
wrong.
Do you have any errors in the event log before the crash?
