Service pack 2 error message

Downloaded service pack 2 and got the following message:

"Microsoft Broadband Networking has a known compatibility
issue with this version of Windows. For an update that is
compatible with this version of Windows, contact
Microsoft Broadband Networking."

I have Windows XP media edition. After receiving the
message, I got to this message board. Anyone have a
suggestion?

Only the pretty front end is not compatible with Windows XP SP2, so if you
don't want to manage everything from within your browser at the base station
IP address, download the latest from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/br...DLoadMain.mspx On
Windows XP, you don't need the front end to administer the base station.

I recieved the same message.
I updated my son's computer (WinXP Pro) with SP2. I could
no longer connect to the base station with the wireless
USB card. Check the settings and found it had wiped the
WEP key from the settings. Confirmed that I had the valid
key for the base station. Entered it and tried to
connect. Invalid WEP key error. Reconfirmed that I had
the right key. uninstalled and reinstalled the broadband
networking. Got the error the previous user got. Went to
the microsoft site and downloaded the software from
there. That's great, got the same error. Installed
anyway. Still cannot connect. Checked and rechecked the
WEP key. Everything was fine while I downloaded SP2.
Then it broke.

turn off your anti virus when installing
that is clealy in the instructions to install
