How long after reaching the trigger level does it take for a service
date to be published?. The exchange (Stithians) hit the trigger on 11
Feb.

Thanks.

Anywhere from 3 to 5 months.

Blatant advertising for uk-bug, but if you goto uk-bug every so often,
you can you store your exchange as a cookie on your machine, and each
time you visit the bug website, get an instant update on the status of
your exchange.
