Server2003

I have a Windows 2003 (Windows 2000 mix-mode) DC with
WINS running. DHCP hands out IP, DNS & WINS. WINS is
working because it has host registration. Win98 WS
(workstation) can logon the domain. But if I double-click
on network neighborhood, nothing. It tells me to check my
network settings. I also can't logon the Exchange 2000
server. I can ping the servers name though. Any ideas?
