"Server \\ xxxx Can Not Be Found on Network

I have 2 PC's networked via wirless LAN cards and a
wireless router so each one can access the internet. Each
PC has shared files. On the first PC I am able to see the
other one in the Network Neighborhood and access files.
On the second PC I am able to see both computers in the
Network Neighborhood but when I try to access files it
come back with the message: The Server //xxxx can not be
found on the network.
Anyone have any idea out there?
