can you ping the printer? If yes, re-load printer driver.

I was able to ping the printer.
I try to reinstall the printer.
I create a new TCP-IP printer port
The system recognize the printer server
I specified printer drivers
But the problem remains.

Thanks

The generic error you are receiving?

Using NOTEPAD: "An internal error occurred."
Using WORDPAD: "Could not start print job."
Using PRINT TEST PAGE: "Test page failed to print. Would you like to view
the print troubleshooter for assistance? Operation could not be completed."
