I have several Windows 2003 servers that are successfully communicating with
a remote network. This remote network is connected to the main network via
a Firewall-to-Firewall VPN Connection.
Everything works fine for 5-7 days and then suddenly One of the Windows 2003
servers can no longer communicate with the remote network. All of the other
servers continue to communicate with this remote network. This one server
cannot even ping any address on this remote network.
I have restarted firewalls...no luck. I have repaired network
connection...no luck. The only resolution I can find is to restart the
server. Once this one server is restarted everything works fine for 5-7
more days and then it starts again.
The servers has two Intel Gigabit Nics and they are Teamed for greater
throughput.
Thoughts?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank You
