I would check the DNS first. or posting the result of ipconfig /all here may help.

I am running Small Business Server Premium 2003 with Windows XP SP2 clients.
This week, my client pcs have been intermittently losing connections to the
server as indicated by the following error messages that have been
appearing:
- Could not reconnect all network drives - Click here to open My Computer
and see the status of your network drives.
- Windows Script Host - Loading script ... failed. (The network path was
not found.)
- Microsoft Office Outlook - Connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server has
been restored.
Any help would be much appreciated.
