This is not an issue with DNS, it is an issue with the server itself
having two IPs. I assume DoubeTake is adding the second IP to the box
as a virtual IP that clients are connecting too. It sounds like a
question you should pose to DoubleTake, since that second IP should be
unbound to the NIC once it is taken out of service.
