Server fails to renew IP and clear ARP cache

Hi all,

Recently I changed what network subnet 2 NIC's in my ISA 2004 Server were
on, mainly to use the 1Gb NIC on the main internal network.

Now the problem is when I repair the network connection is fails on
clearing the ARP cache. This is odd.

Also when the power fails all network connections go down and when power is
restored it hangs on "acquiring network address" and I have to restart the
server to restore network connections.

Any ideas guys?
