Server does appear

Server 2003 with clients XP pro.

Clients connect without any problem to the server.
Clients can ping etc. But from the the Explorer, the
server does not appear. Where is it ?

Domain? Workgroup?

NetBIOS over TCP/IP enabled on all machines?
