Server disconnecting clients

I have a 2003 server that runs a db program and stores .pst files for
outlook. One one client in particular, both the db program and outlook
disconnect towards the end of the day. It doesn't happen to everyone, but I
have seen it once before. Both users are heavy inputters (if that matters). I
haven't got a clue where to begin. Any ideas?

Hey Steed,

What db program are you using? How are they being disconnected? Does the
program try to pull the pst from the client then stop? The machine
disconnects from the network? Are they working on the PCs when they
disconnecting (even remotely?)
