Hi I am looking for a light-weight tool can constantly monitor a list
of servers through ping. This tool should be able to import a list of
servers from file. I've been searching the Net but found a lot tools
that can scan subnet ranges (or other discovery mechenism), which is
not exactly what i need.

Thanks!

For those who already own ISA Server, it is a feature already built into
ISA. They're called Connectivity Verifiers in ISA. You can setup as many as
you want and can choose to send a Get request over HTTP, a normal Ping, or a
TCP Connection over a custom port,...just whatever fits the situation best.
