I have had a few problems with SP1 for Server 2003 and I ws hopig someone
could help me out. I have 2 servers that are having the identical problems
since updating to SP1. First off, here is my setup:

Server 2003 Sp1
Running IIS
2 Net Cards - 1 is for my web service connected to Static IP DSL. The 2nd is
a DHCP assigned address from my Cable Router.
After a few hours of operation, I cannot connect to my web server or even
ping the IP Address. Now, I can remote into the machine through the DHCP
address on the other net card and if I open the properties of the Network
Connection for the Static IP and repair it, then everything works fine for a
few hours again.

Anyone have any suggestions that might help???

Thanks!!!!!

Check for new updates for your hardware according to upgrade to SP1.

This looks like an emerging issue specific to Win2003 SP1 on Dual-Homed
servers. We are having same EXACT problem on an IIS box.
