Server 2003 - Event ID 4191

I am getting Event ID 4191: on Windows Server 2003. Article ID 284955 deals
with this issue for Windows 2000 so tried same for 2003 but am unable to
uninstall TCP/Ip as the option is greyed out. Was going to deinstall network
adapter they try and remove associated reg keys. Found a few articles listing
keys to be deleted but again they are for W2K and keys are not the same in
2003. Anyone have another fix or list of keys to be removed for Server 2003.
