Server 2003 64 bit edition - perfmon issues

In server 2003 standard, 64 bit edition, when I go into the Perfmon
application there are only numbers in the fields, nothing tells me what is
relating to what in order to monitor the performance...any ideas where to see
what this equates to in a 32 bit OS?
