Sending SMTP Messages Through BT Voyager 2000 Router Modem

Whenever I try to send a SMTP message through the BT Voyager 2000 I
receive the following message:

Delivery has failed on the enclosed message for the following
reasons reported either by the mail delivery system on the mail
relay host or by the local TCP/IP transport module:

550 5.7.1 <andrewtinsleyyg.netscape.net>... Relaying denied

If I send the message through a dial up modem or a USB ADSL Modem ,
the message is sent without fault.

It looks like it is related to a setting, but which one? Can someone
help?

Regards
