Send from Outlook Express

Send e-mail function does not work while all other e-mail
and browser function normally.

You would need to post your information to one of the Outlook Express
newsgroups, Don. Microsoft's Broadband Networking hardware and software is
supported in this newsgroup, not OE. I'd check to make sure the settings in
OE match the requirements of your Internet Service Provider, and when you
post for support in the OE newsgroup, make sure you list which version of OE
you're running.
