Selecting a folder in My Documents starts a search.

My desktop is up and I click on My Documents. There is a task pane on the
left side and every time I try to click on a folder in the right pane
"Search" comes up. I have to click on Folders in the top meun bar and keep
clicking on the left side to get to documents because the right side always
brings up "Search". I have gone into folder options & settings but nothing
seems to work. I've asked several people and no one has heard of this before.
I have not recently installed anything either. And spyware removal is no help
as well.

You should post to one of the general newsgroups, according to whatever
operating system you're running. This newsgroup supports Microsoft's
Broadband Networking hardware and software only.
