For a mere $199 you too can logon on to a Domain - get XP Pro (Microsoft
loves ya). XP Home will not.

That's because XP Home can not join a domain...

What exactly are you trying to do, and how this is related to wireless?
You can use some network resources and share files even not being in domain.
Anyway, even with XP Pro you can't join domain without help of your network
administrator.
