OK. So you're connected to a wireless network.

How can you find out what other hosts are on the network? Do you need
to be the same workgroup as them?

Whether you have only a wireless network or the wireless is part of a
wired LAN, it makes no difference. Connecting to shares is the same over
wireless as it is over wired.
