Seeing computers by name

I have a Windows Server 2003 machine that has 3 NICs.

1- WAN -> Connects to the Internet and provides connection for other 2
cards.
2- LAN -> Connects a network of computers (Internal) 192.168.0.1
3- DMZ -> Connects another network of computers (Perimeter) 192.168.1.1

I want to be able to connect from my machine (a member of the Internal
network, IP 192.168.0.10) to one of the Perimeter network machines (for
example, 192.168.1.12) but not by IP (that works already) but by it's host
name. Is that possible?

yes it is, but you have to make sure that DNS and NetBIOS traffic is
allowed between the to networks.

Yes. It depends on how you want to connect as to what your answer would be.
Generically DNS or Wins are tools to use to do your name resolution.
In some cases a hosts or lmhosts file may be useful. Not in many cases, but
some.
