seeing computer from one comp but not that other

I have 2 computers running XPpro with SP2 and they are on a LAN. For some
reason I can see comp 1 from comp 2, but when I go to comp 1 I cant see comp
2. The Norton Firewall is turned off and sharing is on both comps.

Any ideas?

If I search for the comp by its name I can find it.
