to see any computer in network neighbourhood

friends,
for last two days i am facing a problem, i am unable to
see any computer in network neighbourhood. I can ping the
machines but i cannot see them in network neighbourhood.
please guide me how should i get out of this problem. we
are using win98 OS, connected with 3com switches through
cat5 cables. before two days all the machines were seen, i
dont know what has gone wrong with my network.
