Security previleges

Hi

I wanted to know how will I restrict the windows 2000 users to not able to
access the lan settings and other installation. But one thing I had given
the administrator rights for computers so that they can have the access to
registry level.

Take the user accounts/groups out of the local administrators group on each
computer.
