Security --> Limit Writing On A Folder For Certain Users

Is there a way to limit the write permission for certain users...

Lets say Jonny can only write a 100mb per session on folder "A"
Or Johnny can paste in folder "A" only 100mb at a time

Win2k3 Enterprise

That isn't anything to do with security, really. You might want to look into
using quotas if you want to control how much data each user can store. Or,
if you want it to be per folder, or share, instead of per user, look into
www.quotamanager.com

I'm not sure what your goal is here - can you give us more detail?

There is not a per-write or persession limit built into Windows. You might
be able to find some third party software to do this, though.
