can anyone help with this...
folder strusture explained...

mapped drive-folder 1-subfolder 2-subfolders 22-files 22...

i want to apply security settings that will:

allow read access to mapped drive but no folder or file creation (done)
allow creation of subfolders 2 in folder 1 a but no file creation (done)
allow creation of subfolder 22 and files in subfolder 2 with full access
(done)

what i need to prevent is the ability of a user to delete the contents of
folder 1 but if I deny delete properties the users are unable to rename
files......
