It's one or the other, it turns out that WPA is no more secure then WEP. But
it's unlikely that anyone will spend the time and effort necessary to crack
your domestic wifi to obtain some information.
Any credit card no.s or bank details would be protected by the SSL layer
within the browser anyway.
You need to set up the MAC addresses for all your equipment to prevent
others connecting to your network,
but even that can be defeated.
3Com should be good but expensive. I use Draytek Vigor 2600We, all the
features, easy to set up and very reliable. I you really need 54Mbs
(remember it just on your network, no advantage for ADSL) the 2600G should
be available now, depending where you are.
