Secure my internet wireless

Hello,

I use my laptop to surf with hotspot.

I would like to know if I can secure my internet access (all the data
are transmited on the hotspot without encryption) with a web proxy
SSL..

Easy to use... Service as : https://ipomedon.com seems to be good.

Any url to suggest?
