Secur32.Dll 4.10.2228

Directory Service Client Prevents Outlook 2000 from
Using "None" Authentication to Log On

MS KB 267879 suggests updating the DS Client for W98, also
states that the Secur32.Dll file should be v4.10.2228.
Anybody knows where I can find this file instead of
calling MS Product Support?
