If I add a secondary IP address to a Windows 2003 server, will it by default
always use the Primary IP address as the source address when making network
connections? If not, is there a way to force it to use the primary for
outgoing connections, but still accecpt incoming connections on the secondary
IP?

Thank you for your time.
