SCTP listen() error with 2.4.26 kernel

Hi

I recently upgraded from 2.4.25 to 2.4.26 stock kernels (slackware 9.0).
Previously I've been testing some networking using the SCTP protocol but
with 2.4.26 I get the following error:

listen(): Function not implemented

Has the listen function been depracated (and if so how do I set up the
queue) or is this a bug in the updated kernel code?

Thanks for any help
